Timberland Earthkeepers Initiative
Pour l’occasion Shoes-Up team était conviée.

Everything started with rain and, of course with hoods at 9.30 am. But the motivation’s never left us especially thanks to the intervention of a personality of the culinary world, the young chef of the Hotel de Crillion in Paris : Christopher Hache.
Hearing his words about the products has just made me want to break open my piggybank to eat only one of his first course. But we’ll wait a bit for it.
At 10.30 am, the rain stopped and it was no longer time to speeches but well and truly time to till.
Well equiped, the team has worked hard. Well, we deal with at the city dweller’s ladder of course. A farmer would have laughed a lot…
After 2 hours of digging up and tilling, the tension started to express itself. As everybody knows, the call of the stomach fires our mind.
It was highly time to our lunch delivery man to come and by bicycle please !
En entrée : Carottes bio au cumin
For the first course : caraway bio carots
Main course : rice with beef or a risotto with mushrooms. According to the public, the risotto wins over the battle.
And finally, the dessert : 2 possible choices of muffins:Apple/courgette or Lemon/pear. After testing the basic Lemon/pear, fantastic, we‘ve tasted our amazing Apple/Courgette. Finally, a perfect equality.
After this sunny lunch, it was time to put back the gloves and to get down to the courgette plantation, potatoes and sunflowers.
And everything in the city center, the proofs in pictures. And finally, a touch of country-style romanticism.
It’s « Une Chorba pour tous » association which works in the XIXème suburb and which has just helped the worst-off which will dig up our vegetables to use them for soups distributed everyday.
